What is the Diet Doctors Turkey Burger recipe?

I watched Diet Doctors on channel 5 a couple of weeks ago and they cooked some turkey burgers. The burgers looked nice but I can’t remember the recipe and can’t see it on their website. Does anyone know the recipe or have another easy recipe that I can use?

Turkey mince
onion
carrots
corgetts
egg to bind
small bit of flour (cannot remember what sort it was)

Bind together and shape

Grill

Wrap in lettuce leaf.

You could also add red/green/orange peppers and or whatever else you like.
