Homemade beef burgers?

Any nice recipes, want them for a bbq later. cheers

To each 1lb beef add;
2 – 3 tab minced onion (I use the frozen stuff its easier)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp english mustard

Also you can add 2″ garlic paste
4 tabs Teriyaki sauce
and a pinch of chinese mixed spice

Or some of those spice mixes you get from the supermarket; morrocan and fajita both work well.

Mash the mix together with your hands til well mixed, divide into 4 or 8 and grill.
